3. Implementing new innovative technologies for the improvement of impact on the natural environment, occupational health and safety, and the surroundings.

4. Increasing sales volumes and expanding product lines to achieve a business goal.

5. Ensuring that activities taken by the Company cause no occupational diseases or injuries in employees, partners, neighbours, customers and third parties.

6. Ensuring maintenance and improvement of the Integrated Management System by providing adequate measures and resources for its development.
